Free shipping across Europe. No minimum order, no shipping cost at checkout.

We ship from our European warehouses and use the one closest to you. Normal delivery time is 3–5 business days, in some cases 7–10. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel has shipped.

Customers in Norway and the EU pay no customs or extra fees. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, UK VAT and import fees may apply.

14-day right of withdrawal, and we pay the return shipping.

The right of withdrawal applies to all items, including items on sale. Email us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will send you a return label. Your money is back in your account within 14 days.

A two-year warranty on everything, and the right to make a claim for up to five years on electronics under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
