Free shipping across Europe & USA
We ship free of charge to every country we deliver to. No minimum order, and no shipping cost at checkout.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and in some cases 7–10 business days. Delivery time is counted from when you receive your order confirmation from us.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel has shipped.

Where we ship from
All orders are shipped from our European and US warehouses, and we always use the warehouse closest to you.

Customs and duties
Norway and the EU: No customs duties or extra fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

United States: Orders shipped from our US warehouses have no import duties. If an item ships from outside the US, import duties and fees may apply. These are paid by the recipient.

United Kingdom: The UK is not part of the EU customs territory. Deliveries to the UK may be subject to UK VAT and import fees. These are paid by the recipient and come in addition to the price at checkout.

The United States, Norway, the United Kingdom and these EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delayed or damaged parcel
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated delivery time, or it is damaged on arrival, contact us at hi@bestattech.com and we'll sort it out.
